Have you used AI chatbots in your e-commerce store? How? I've recently been looking into chatbots more and more (I'm an e-commerce developer) and been wondering: would you trust an AI chatbot to give advice to your customers? I know there are plenty of customer support chatbots out there, but did you try to use them in more unique roles, like a concierge? what are your thoughts on this?
