Invest more in pre-tax 401k or taxable account?
Invest more in pre-tax 401k or taxable account? I currently max my Roth and HSA and contribute 6% to my 401k. My employer matches up to 6%, so that all makes sense. The question is: Should I invest more into the 401k without further matching and reduce my tax bill or invest in a taxable account? What are the benefits and drawbacks of both options?
