Capital one decreasing credit limit I received an email this morning that my capital one card would receive a credit limit decrease. I generally have between 8-12% utilization on this card since I’ve been trying to build my credit. I’ve paid it off completely once or twice since I’ve been told that <10% is best and <30% is good for building credit. Should I shop for a new card? Ho...
