GFX lens to other cameras Hi, and I'm helping a relative to find an adapter for Nikon z mount or Sony e mount. Currently he has a GFX lens that is not specified. Though he had an extremely hard time to find an adapter. In general he just wishes to find a z mount adapter or e mount for his GFX lens but doesn't know where to purchase or even a model name.
