Most shockingly explicit song in an otherwise normie context? I submit H.W.C. off of Liz Phair's eponymous attempt to break into the mainstream pop scene. This jaunty tune features some of the most sexually explicit lyrics I've ever heard outside of hip-hop. I really wish I could have seen the studio executives' faces when they heard the chorus on this track. Nice one, Liz.
