Global Entry process... 13 months and waiting I have an International trip planned later this year and am hoping to somehow get conditional approval, then interview before then. I've tried calling the national and local offices, but always get a recording with no way to speak to someone. I feel 13 months is long enough to wait before flagging this to someone... problem is, I don't know how...
