Can someone explain light modifier switch inserts? Waiting for my Westcott FJ400 strobe to arrive and it comes with a "FJ400, Godox, Bowens" mount insert. I assume that type of insert means it attaches to the FJ400 as well as all Godox and Bowen strobes? And since the mount insert doesn't say "FJ400 to ___ mount", I assume all attachable light modifiers have a universal attachment? So, if I'm co...
