Wife and I have different last names. People keep writing us checks to " and ". How should we deal with these checks? When people write checks to us (like when we got married or had a baby shower etc) well meaning people write us checks that we don't have accounts for -- she has her account, i have my account, but we don't have an account together. What's the best way to deal with these checks, if we DONT want a new bank account or a name change?
