Google has removed the ability to turn of Nearby Sharing. https://imgur.com/a/40ws4u8 Every time you turn on Bluetooth and Wifi, Nearby Sharing is turned on it is not possible to turn it off. There used to be a toggle for this. https://imgur.com/a/T2qJols This has now been removed.
