LPT request: how to stop giving weight to mean/inflammatory things people say to you How can I stop giving importance to what random people IRL and online think and say about/to me? Like, I know deep down that it’s ridiculous to stress about what strangers say, but I can’t seem to put two and two together to stop myself from worrying and ruminating. Is there any processes/methods that can make this type of problem less severe?
