Is $900-$1000 a normal grocery bill for a family of 3 in a HCOL area?
Is $900-$1000 a normal grocery bill for a family of 3 in a HCOL area? We went through a few months of badly overspending on food and worked hard to cook at home more economically and reduce our spending on takeout. I’m frustrated that $900-$1000 seems to be the floor for our monthly grocery budget. I’m not sure what else we can do so it would be helpful to just gauge what’s normal for other people.
