[LPT Request] What steps should I follow to get a refund for an amazon package shipped via UPS that I haven’t received.
What steps should I follow to get a refund for an amazon package shipped via UPS that I haven't received. The UPS tracking says delivered - met customer but in fact I haven't received anything from them. Amazon support team says to file a police complaint and then contact them again. What should I do? I'm planning to dispute the charge on my credit card first and then see where I can go from there. Any advice?
