Cancel oldest (20 yrs) card? How many years do the bureaus care about for credit history length? Spouse has an old cc he's had since a teen. It has a terrible APR and a lower credit limit. We never use it. Just got a letter saying if we don't use it within 50 days it'll be closed. Part of me would love to see it go but will closing a card that old be bad?
