Is it possible to see Normandy without a car? My main base will be in Paris, but I would like to see the American Cemetery in Colleville-sur-Mer and Mont Saint-Michel. I would prefer to use rail and taxi rather than renting a car. From the research I've done, it looks like I could take a train to Bayeux, taxi to the Cemetery and stay in Bayeux for the night.
