My mom is not doing well and even though I'm POA her mobile provider will not give me a reasonable way to cancel her service. What will happen if I just stop paying her bill? My mom moved to CO where I am because of her health. She had a local mobile provider in WI that doesn't have any location anywhere near me in CO. I've called them multiple times and the only option they are giving me is to get to the nearest location and present my POA papers. Which is unacceptable.
