Do I need to do K-ETA Korean Airways when going to Japan but have a stopover in Seoul ? Hello people, I am going to Japan soon and the plane I took, which is Korean Aiways has a stopover in Seoul. Do I still have to do K-ETA electronic passport and pay the 10000 KRW fee ? I do not plan on leaving the airport, so I know I do not need a Visa to enter the country.
