Sourdough Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake (OC) I used sourdough discard in this recipe, which adds a lovely tangy flavor to the cake along with buttermilk. It all balances out the sweetness, crunchy poppy seeds, and acidic lemons (using zest and juice). I brush the cake with a lemon simple syrup all over and drizzle an easy lemon glaze on top!
