LPT Request: How to stop disliking vegetables and start being healthier? I've started working out again and reduced my unhealthy food consumption. However, I've hated vegetables and salads my whole life. The taste and texture of some of them instantly provoke me, but I'd like to start incorporating them into my diet apart from fixing my posture and reducing screen time. Any help is welcomed
