LPT request. What does a healthy intrinsic cleaning mindset look like? (I have ADHD and depression) I have solved quite a lot of mweh by mindfulness and heuristics like "take a cup or two every time I leave the room" I guess I wonder if there are ways to become more relaxed about it, I understand it is sometimes bealthy for a short while to "have to" to start new routines, but I wonder if there are certain mindsets/ feelings from inside that ...
