Lufthansa lost my luggage I was traveling from Boston to Berlin with connecting flight through Munich. All legs operated with Lufthansa. Long story short Lufthans told me that they couldn't load the luggage from Munich to Berlin flight as soon as I landed so it will be delayed. Then they lied to me on the phone stating that luggage is indeed in Munich and will be loaded...
