LPT Request: How to effectively go back and forth between day and night shift? I'm getting ready to start a job that will generally follow a 12 hour shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 days night shift, 4 days off and repeat. I know it'll be rough with my young family, but money is better than current job and career change is long overdue.
