LPT Request: How do I not freeze and or say dumb stuff when I have to introduce myself on the spot? Today I had a Teams meeting and I was asked to introduce myself and what I do at my work. I totally froze, then said weird stuff not really relevant to the meeting in front of my boss and just was awkward. I’m a smart person and I’m good at conversing and presenting but when it comes to introducing me I suck and it’s embarrassing!
