Why do recaps of shows censor the content for a general audience when they only appear at the beginning of the show itself?
Why do recaps of shows censor the content for a general audience when they only appear at the beginning of the show itself? I've noticed when a TV show does the "Previously on...." that if the show itself is R-rated or whatever, the recap will not include R-rated content and will even go as far as to censor such content from scenes/dialogue included in the recap. I don't understand the reasoning for this since presumably the only people watching it is the audience of...
