LPT Request: Things you wish you had known buying a new build house. I just bought a house and realizing I can’t even leave bread on the counter without ants coming in overnight. Getting treatment tomorrow for that, but what else do I not know about a new build house. I don’t really have a parent that can guide me, or any mentors in my life to warn me about these things. Help!
