LPT: Always add an additional 5-10 mins to what the recipe calls for when baking What you read on the original recipe is just an estimate. However 9/10x, your meat or sweet treat will come out slightly underdone if you take it out too soon. For example, if a banana bread recipe says 1 hr, add an additional 8-10 mins. You’ll thank yourself as you’re enjoying it!
