LPT REQUEST Nail bitting I have been addicted to bite my nails since my childhood. I dont even remember when I started it. I am currently 27 years old and I want to leave this habit badly. I have tried various tips such as applying bitter nail polish nails etc but nothing works. For those who has left this habit, what is your success journey?
