LPT REQUEST: How do I get the motivation to exercise I've got in to good exercise regimes before but this fell off a cliff when I got pregnant. I now have a 1 year old and want to get back to being active again, but finding it so difficult to find the time and/or motivation. Has anyone got advice on apps or other ways to motivate me to get off my ass??
