How can I look more feminine?
How can I look more feminine? I do pretty good (I suppose) when I actually do have makeup on, but I still feel like I look masculine or something. My aim is to look cute and approachable but I feel like I look too much like a tough, mean, older woman (I’m 21). Could be my hair? Not sure. Any ideas?
