Is this a good deal? Thoughts? My local adult education college is offering a 10 day tour of northern Italy, flight included for 3900. I’m wondering if this is good deal? I’m new to tours. So far I really like them. It’s awesome it includes flights. Out of Logan airport and return home. Or would it be cheaper if I plan the trip myself? Thoughts?
