Chive potatoes pave with malt vinegar and beef stock gastrique I made potatoes pave the traditional way, with chives instead of thyme, and deep fried them, which was maybe a bad idea as a few layers peeled off. The gastrique is sugar, malt vinegar and heavily reduced beef stock.
