LPT Request: How to get out of the all or nothing mindset When it comes to anything in life, I have an all or nothing mindset. If I go out to the pub, I'll either not drink any alcohol at all or I'll drink alot. If I'm out eating, I'll eat one plate and leave still feeling hungry or i'll eat so much to the point I feel sick. I really struggle to be in the middle of all or nothing. What can I do?
