Does the diopter adjustment affect focus on a manual focus lens?
Does the diopter adjustment affect focus on a manual focus lens? I have a old Tamron manual focus lens I still use on my Nikon D7200. In my old age, I’m starting to lose ability to focus on close items. I’ve always been somewhat nearsighted. So if I adjust diopter until an image is in focus, is it affecting the focus to the mirror or to the actual subject?
