What can collection agency do if home is already fully owned Some hospital bills fell through the cracks and we're sold to a collection agency. At this point we could fit a payment plan into the budget but part of me is honestly wondering what could they really do. We fully own our home and only have a car payment that's nearly done. We're in South Dakota Thanks
