LPT Request: What is something a renter can improve QOL for under $100? For people renting homes / apartments, what are some things that can improve quality of life for maybe under $100? One thing I did recently was replace the shower head and it got me thinking. Bonus points if this includes how to deal with incredibly loud, inconsiderate neighbors.
