Frustrated with my investment portfolio management. Is there a service that can analyze all of my accounts (IRA, 401K, etc.) and recommend quarterly changes? Does this exist? Currently I have a money manager that only looks at one of my accounts (IRA) and the performance has been below average since 2022. While the market dipped in 2022, average losses were around 20% while mine were closer to 30% and I'm slowly making them up in 2023, but this performance was worse than my unmanaged accounts (401k, etc.).
