Roasted Potatoes
Roasted Potatoes Soak in water for 5-10 minutes, rinse and pat dry. Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, onion powder, granulated garlic, finely grated Parmesan. Roast at 450f for 15 minutes, turn, roast for an additional 7-10 minutes until done, toss with salt, pepper, more finely grated Parmesan, and some fresh finely cut herbs.
