Screwed over by USAA. Who are Y'all banking with? USAA reported a delinquent payment of a few hundred dollars, and dropped my credit report 200 points. Never had a late payment. Always paid in full. The account was on autopay and somehow got turned off. No phone call, no mail notification. The funds were there in another USAA account, enough to cover the full balance more than 100x over.
