LPT Request: What are non-substance ways to feel relief/unwind that helps, especially for an anxious person? I take hours upon hours to unwind. I eat right, exercise at lunch and after work, which helps. I'm just looking for really great strategies to get in a great mind space and feel physically relaxed.
