Why does my foundation look like this even after moisturizer and primer? New to makeup
Why does my foundation look like this even after moisturizer and primer? New to makeup I cleansed my face followed by E.L.F moisturizer. Then used a primer by facestudio. Foundation is Maybelline super stay hybrid powder foundation and then I used a setting powder from milani. Why does it look so damn dry???? Do I just need a cream foundation and if so which one? Additional can someone please teach me how to apply makeup??? I'm 2...
