Does anyone know a good brand for coloured eyeliner? Hi, so I've been using eyeliner for a long time now. I've always drawn and used black and white liner to make fun makeup, but I NEED COLOUR. I used sorts of paints (skin safe) and it just doesn't cut it, it doesn't dry tight, or looks wrong. So I was wondering if any of y'all know if some nice, good quality coloured eyeliner brands I could try. ...
