Hi, is it safe to send a pic of my passport via whatsapp? a trek guide from a reputable trek company is asking I send a photo of my passport in advance of my trip. I am wary of this, but also figure it isn't much different from a hotel asking you for your passport when you check in. Is there a solid way to do this safely? Would love some advic...
