LPT: If someone does something embarrassing, immediately tell them the you did the same thing to help them not feel bad! I hate the feeling of being embarrassed so I started doing this trick to help others. If they do something silly, you immediately tell them you did the same thing - or the same thing happened to you. There's another form of this where if you want to correct someone's behavior, without offending them, you tell them like you're doing them a favor....
