Parents Financed a condo under my name 4 years ago, what is the best route for me to remove it from under me? I helped my parents purchase a 300k condo by financing the loan for them. They make 100% of payments on time. The loan is solely under my name. Since then, I get to claim property tax which does help me during tax season.
