How to handle a credit card as an authorized user and the card holder passed away? As the title states I’m an authorized user on my mom’s credit card with Chase and she passed away. It is by far the oldest credit card on my report by 10 years and I don’t want it to close and mess up my score as I want to buy a house at some point in the near-ish future.
