Is dollar tree makeup safe? I'm 17, and can't afford much. But I use makeup products from dollar tree, mainly eyeshadow and makeup tools. I haven't noticed any skin irritation but I've heard the eyeshadow contained a carcinogen? Is it still safe to use?
