I’ve been with my current boss for 7 years and got a new job offer I been with my boss building houses for 7 years. Started at $14 and now make $30 an hour. No benefits / medical or reticent. It’s been just me and one other carpenter for the past 5 years, he put in his 2 weeks and his last day was Friday. I got an offer for $32 an hour . Medical plan after 90 days, that they pay 70% of so I’d pay $77 a month. ...
