How is Gorgias performing on Shopify nowadays?
How is Gorgias performing on Shopify nowadays? I’ve been using Tidio for years. I was planning on switching over to Gorgias for added features like a help center, additional Shopify integration features, etc. BUT I run into a lot of negative reviews online I’d love to hear some experiences with using them or any other better alternatives to Tidio, which feels quite limited
